AUTOWITS ELITE CLIENT GIVEAWAY

1. SPONSOR

The Autowits ELITE Client Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Autowits Service LLC, 7224 E McDowell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257 (“Sponsor” or “Autowits”).

2. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The Promotion is a limited-time sweepstakes offering eligible participants the opportunity to win an Autowits ELITE Prepaid Maintenance Membership. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible:

• Employees, contractors, officers, or owners of Autowits Service LLC
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of the above
• Household members of any of the above

The Promotion is void outside Arizona and where prohibited by law.

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase, payment, or service is required to enter or win. Making a purchase or receiving services from Autowits does not improve the odds of winning.

5. HOW TO ENTER

A. Instagram Entry (No Purchase Required)

An eligible participant may enter by completing all of the following:

1. Follow @Autowits on Instagram
2. Like the official giveaway post
3. Comment on the giveaway post

Referral Identification (Optional):

If referred by another participant, the entrant must identify the referrer by tagging the referrer’s Instagram username in the comment (e.g., “Referred by @username”). Referral identification is used only to determine eligibility for the Secondary Prize and does not  affect the odds of winning the Grand Prize.

Referrals are valid only if:

• The referrer is also an eligible entrant
• The referral is identified at the time of entry
• The Instagram account is a real, active account (no bots or private accounts used solely
• for entry)
• No retroactive referrals are permitted

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE – Non-Instagram)

An eligible participant may enter without Instagram and without making any purchase by responding to an official Autowits giveaway message sent via email or text message.

To enter via AMOE, the participant must reply to the giveaway email or text with either:

• A thumbs-up emoji (👍), or
• The words “I’m interested” (or a clearly equivalent expression)

The giveaway message may be sent to individuals who have interacted with Autowits within the past; however, no purchase or service is required to enter, and responding to the message constitutes a valid entry.

Entries submitted via Instagram, email, or text are treated equally. Odds of winning do not depend on the method of entry.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify incomplete, unclear, or fraudulent entries.

6. ENTRY LIMITS

Limit one (1) entry per person total, regardless of entry method. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disqualified.

7. PROMOTION PERIOD

• Start: February 1, 2026 at 9:00 AM MST
• End: February 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST

Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

8. PRIZES

A. Grand Prize

One (1) Autowits ELITE Prepaid Maintenance Membership valid for three (3) years.

Prize Characteristics:

• Vehicle-specific (winner selects one qualifying personal vehicle)
• Non-transferable
• No cash value and no substitutions

Included Benefits:

Benefits are limited to and governed by Autowits’ standard ELITE Membership terms and coverage rules in effect at the time services are rendered.

The Promotion does not create, expand, or modify any warranty, service agreement, or coverage beyond those standard terms.

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Fleet or commercial vehicles
• Dealer-owned or dealership vehicles
• Modified vehicles
• Exotic vehicles
• Electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrids unless expressly eligible under standard ELITE coverage

B. Secondary Prize (Conditional)

One (1) Autowits ELITE Prepaid Maintenance Membership valid for one (1) year.

The Secondary Prize is awarded only if the Grand Prize winner was referred by another eligible entrant who properly identified themselves at the time of entry and is verified by Sponsor.

If the Grand Prize winner was not referred by a verified eligible entrant, the Secondary Prize will not be awarded.

9. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

• Grand Prize ARV: Up to $12,000, depending on vehicle class and applicable ELITE benefits
• Secondary Prize ARV: Determined by standard ELITE pricing for a one-year term

ARV is based on internal valuation using published pricing and estimated service value. Actual value may vary.

10. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

11. WINNER SELECTION

The Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.

• Drawing Date: February 10, 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM MST

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

12. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner may be notified by email, text message, or Instagram direct message. The winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.

If the selected winner does not respond within the required time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

13. PRIZE ACTIVATION

The winner must activate the prize within thirty (30) days of notification. Failure to activate within this period may result in forfeiture.

15. PRIZE CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS

The prize:

• Is subject to Autowits Service LLC’s Terms of Service and standard ELITE Membership
• terms
• Does not guarantee repair outcomes, parts availability, pricing, or scheduling
• Does not override warranty exclusions, service limitations, or eligibility rules
• May not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash

Acceptance of the prize constitutes agreement to these Official Rules.

16. PUBLICITY

Winner consent to publicity is not required as a condition of winning. Any use of winner name, likeness, or statements will occur only with the winner’s explicit permission.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Autowits Service LLC from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

18. DISCLAIMERS

The Promotion:



• Does not guarantee services, pricing, or outcomes
• Does not modify Autowits’ estimates, Rate Lock requirements, warranty terms, refund policies, or dispute-resolution provisions
• Is offered “as is” without warranties beyond those expressly stated

19. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising from or related to the Promotion shall be resolved pursuant to the arbitration and dispute-resolution provisions contained in Autowits Service LLC’s Terms of Service.

20. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is used solely to administer the Promotion and in accordance with Autowits’ standard business practices. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary. Autowits does not sell entrant information.

21. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

The Promotion is void where prohibited.

22. WINNER LIST

The winner’s first name and last initial will be made available upon reasonable request submitted to Autowits Service LLC within thirty (30) days following the Promotion end date.

23. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER (INSTAGRAM)

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Promotion.

24. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

25. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Official Rules.
