1. SPONSOR

This promotion is sponsored by:

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any third-party platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to:

• Legal residents of the State of Arizona
  
• Eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry

Entrants must:

• Have a valid government-issued ID
  
• Have an active, publicly viewable Instagram account (if entry is via Instagram)
  
• Be capable of entering into legally binding agreements
  

The following are not eligible:

• Employees of Sponsor
  
• Immediate family members of employees
  
• Independent contractors working directly on this promotion
  
• Individuals involved in the administration of the promotion
  
• Void where prohibited.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins:

March 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) MST

The Promotion ends:

March 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) MST

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

There are three (3) methods of entry. Regardless of entry method, limit one (1) total entry per person for the entire Promotion Period.

If an individual submits multiple entries across platforms or methods, Sponsor will consolidate such entries into a single entry prior to winner selection.

All entries must be received between:

March 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) MST and March 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) MST.

METHOD 1 — INSTAGRAM ENTRY

To enter via Instagram during the Promotion Period:

• Follow the official Autowits Instagram account (if applicable).
  
• Like the official giveaway post.
  
• Tag one (1) Arizona resident in the comments.
  
• Complete any required entry form (if applicable).
  
• Entrant must have an active, publicly viewable Instagram account.

METHOD 2 — DIRECT REPLY ENTRY (CUSTOMER BLAST)

Arizona residents who receive an official promotional email or SMS message from Sponsor during the Promotion Period may enter by replying to that message during the Promotion Period with:

• A thumbs-up emoji (👍), or
• “Enter me,” or
• “I’m interested,” or
• Any clear written expression of intent to enter

Replies must be received during the Promotion Period to qualify.

Automated responses, bot-generated replies, or third-party submissions are void.

METHOD 3 — ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) (WEBSITE FORM)

Arizona residents may request entry during the Promotion Period by submitting the official entry form available on Sponsor’s website landing page.

To enter via the website form during the Promotion Period, entrant must complete the form in full and submit it during the Promotion Period.

The form must include ALL of the following:

• First name
• Last name
• Valid email address
• Referrer (required field)

The Referrer field must contain:

• The full first and last name of one (1) referring entrant or
• “Instagram” if entrant discovered the promotion independently via Instagram

Each entrant may identify only one (1) referrer.

Entries missing any required information will be void.

Providing a referrer does not create additional entries or increase odds of winning.

GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS (ALL METHODS)

All entrants must:

• Be legal residents of the State of Arizona
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Have a valid government-issued ID
• Meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2
• Check Box on form “I confirm I am a legal resident of Arizona.” (required)
• Check Box on form “I confirm I am 18+ years old.” (required)

Referrals must be identified at the time of entry and may not be added, edited, or changed after submission.

Only one (1) total entry per person will be included in the final drawing list.

5. REFERRAL IDENTIFICATION

If an entrant was referred by another eligible entrant, the referring entrant must be:

• Identified by full first and last legal name at the time of entry
• Properly documented within the entry submission
• Independently eligible under these Official Rules

Each entrant may identify only one (1) referrer.

Referrals may not be added, edited, or changed after submission or after the Promotion Period closes.

Entries that do not identify a specific individual referrer remain eligible for the Grand Prize but will not trigger eligibility for the Conditional Additional Prize described in Section 6.2.



Providing a referrer does not create additional entries or increase odds of winning.

6. PRIZES

6.1 Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of:

• A three (3) year Autowits Elite Plan VIP Membership for one (1) eligible vehicle.
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $12,899.97, depending on vehicle classification.
• Actual value may vary based on vehicle type and service utilization.

6.2 Conditional Additional Prize (Referral-Based)

If the verified Grand Prize winner properly identified an eligible referring entrant at the time of entry, Sponsor will award one (1) additional identical three (3) year Elite Plan VIP Membership to the verified referring entrant.

To qualify for the Conditional Additional Prize:

• The referrer must have been identified at the time of the Grand Prize winner’s entry
• The referrer must independently meet all eligibility requirements
• The referrer must have submitted their own valid entry during the Promotion Period
• The referrer must be verified prior to prize award

If the Grand Prize winner did not identify an eligible individual referrer, no Conditional Additional Prize will be awarded.

ARV of additional prize: Up to $12,899.97.

All prize terms remain subject to the VIP Membership Agreement.

6.3 Total Potential Promotion ARV

Total potential promotional value:

Up to $25,799.94

7. PRIZE CONDITIONS

• Prize is non-transferable.
  
• No cash substitution.
  
• No resale.
  
• No substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion.
  
• Membership subject to Appendix A (VIP Membership Agreement).
  
• Prize applies to one vehicle only.
  
• Membership benefits reset annually.
  
• No rollover of unused services.
  
• Must activate membership within thirty (30) days of award.
  
• Failure to activate within 30 days may result in forfeiture.
  

8. WINNER SELECTION

The random drawing will occur:

March 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon) MST

The drawing will be conducted privately by Sponsor using a random selection method.

The selected entrant will be considered a “potential winner” pending eligibility verification.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

ENTRY CONSOLIDATION

Prior to conducting the random drawing, Sponsor will:

• Compile all eligible entries from all entry methods
• Remove incomplete, invalid, or ineligible entries
• Consolidate duplicate submissions across platforms
• Ensure each eligible individual appears only once in the final randomized drawing list
• Sponsor’s determination of valid entries, referral validity, and consolidation decisions are final and binding.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted via:

• Direct message
  
• Email (if provided)

The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.

Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION

Potential winner must:

• Provide proof of Arizona residency
  
• Provide proof of age (18+)
  
• Complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility
  
• Execute liability/publicity release if required
  
• Failure to comply results in forfeiture.
  

11. PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Public announcement of the verified winner will occur only after eligibility verification and completion of required documentation.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair integrity.
  
• Disqualify any entrant who violates rules or attempts to manipulate the promotion.
  
• Select alternate winners if necessary.
  
• Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

• Its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates

From any claims arising from:

• Participation
  
• Acceptance of prize
  
• Use of prize
  
• Technical failures
  
• Human error
  

15. PRIVACY

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and used solely for:

• Promotion administration
  
• Membership marketing
  
• Legal compliance

16. DISPUTES

This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes shall be resolved pursuant to the arbitration provisions contained in Autowits Service LLC’s Terms of Service.

17. WINNER LIST

To obtain the name of the winner, send a written request within sixty (60) days of drawing to:
